DUAL FRACTIONAL RF system involves a unique fractionated microneedling system with fractional monopolar and bipolar radio frequency and non-invasive radio frequency in dual mode as follows:

1) FRS Matrix mode – non-invasive RF rejuvenation without needles a superficial collagen and elastin, without side effects, without anesthesia, and no downtime as a lunch-treatment.
2) FRM-needle mode – fractionated minimally invasive RF Micro needling with needles and thermal effects only in the dermis, with minimal side effects anesthesia.

The effect of this unique method is scientifically proven. This dual device combines the Benefits of Meso-therapy and radio frequency RF Micro Needling. Tiny needles penetrate into a well-defined skin depth and there give off short bursts.Another advantage is the exact control of the treatment  on the frequency and thedepth of penetration of golden needles , which can be adjusted up to 0.1 mm, depending on skin type.
The variable intensity of RF energy allows the treatment of various body sites with different energy performance. The ability to work specifically in the deep dermis without damaging the epidermis, is regulated at the RF Micro Needling dual system by the delay time of the fractional radio frequency. 25 golden needles with a needle thickness of 0.3mm are introduced into a rhythm of milliseconds, like a stamping process in the skin and also withdrawn immediately. Only after the needles have penetrated into the desired skin layer (0.5mm to 3.0mm) for a few milliseconds, then a  radio frequency pulse creates the desirable heat damage. During penetration of the skin, the needles remain always cold. In order to achieve a deep and superficial effect, the needle depth, RF pulse width, and RF intensity can be varied individually in the respective treatment passes. The release of energy into the target layer with previous “cold” pass the basement membrane allows to activate the body’s own mechanisms for skin renewal. It can be assumed that a cascade of growth factors  is distributed during healing phase, and the fibroblast cells are stimulated  to produce elastin.
